First, the air pressure is accurate and controllable: the low pressure is refined, and the shell deformation is strictly controlled.
The pressure regulating interval is 0.15~0.5MPa, and the aluminum alloy middle frame is fixed at 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa, and the stainless steel small piece is 0.35~0.5MPa, so as to prevent high pressure from hollowing the thin-walled aluminum shell and corner collapse (the thickness of the middle frame of the mobile phone is only 0.4 ~ 0.8 mm);
