What matters should be paid attention to in the use of rotary split automatic sandblasting machine?

Rotary split automatic sandblasting machine combines the characteristics of rotary conveying and accurate split positioning, and is suitable for uniform sandblasting of batch workpieces such as hardware and electronic product casings. When using it, it should focus on four core points: equipment operation, sandblasting technology, safety protection and maintenance, so as to avoid uneven sandblasting of workpieces and equipment failure. The specific precautions are as follows:

Preparation and inspection before startup

Inspection of workpiece and fixture: confirm that the fixture is matched with the workpiece, and the fixture is accurately positioned without looseness to avoid the workpiece falling off during the rotation; Small precision parts need to be fixed with special fixtures to prevent displacement caused by high-speed sand flow impact. Check that the surface of the workpiece is free of oil stain and rust (it needs to be cleaned in advance), otherwise it will affect the adhesion of sandblasting.

Equipment condition inspection: check whether the particle size of sand blasting abrasives (such as brown corundum and glass beads) meets the process requirements (hardware is usually 80~120 mesh), and the abrasive in the material box is sufficient and free from agglomeration; Check whether the pressure of air compressor is stable (usually 0.4~0.6MPa), and the compressed air should be filtered and dried to avoid sand blasting spots caused by water mixing with abrasive.

Safety device inspection: confirm that the sealing rubber strip of the cabin door is intact, and the emergency stop button, protective cover and dust removal system are in normal state; The lubricating oil level of the rotary separator reaches the standard, the tension of the transmission chain is moderate, and there is no abnormal noise.

Process and operation control during operation

Accurate parameter setting: according to the workpiece material and sandblasting requirements, adjust the sandblasting pressure, spray gun angle and rotation speed;

Excessive pressure can easily lead to erosion and deformation of the workpiece surface; If the pressure is too low, the sandblasting effect is poor and the oxide scale cannot be removed.

The distance between the spray gun and the workpiece should be controlled at 100~200mm, and the angle should be kept at 45 ~ 60, so as to avoid local sand marks from being too deep due to vertical sand blasting.

The rotary cutting speed should be matched with the sand blasting rhythm (usually 5~15r/min) to ensure that the sand blasting time of each station is consistent and the surface roughness of the workpiece is uniform.

Control of splitting positioning accuracy: periodically calibrate the positioning accuracy of the rotary splitter (repeated positioning error ≤±0.1mm) to prevent some workpieces from missing spraying and some from overspray due to station deviation; If there is a split jam, stop the machine immediately for investigation, and it is forbidden to run forcibly.

Linkage operation of dust removal system: the dust removal system needs to be started during the whole process of sand blasting, and the air volume should be adjusted to effectively absorb dust and excess abrasive, so as to avoid dust accumulation from affecting the line of sight of sand blasting, and at the same time prevent dust from entering the rotary mechanism and bearing to cause wear.

Safety protection code

Personal protection: the operator must wear a full set of protective equipment-sandblasting protective clothing, protective mask, sand control gloves and anti-slip labor protection shoes, and it is forbidden to expose his skin to sand flow; It is forbidden to open the hatch when the equipment is running, and observe the workpiece through the observation window.

Equipment safety: when the equipment is running, non-operating personnel are not allowed to approach the rotary area and the spray gun outlet; If the workpiece falls off and the abrasive is blocked, it is necessary to press the emergency stop button first, and then cut off the power supply and air supply.

Environmental safety: the sandblasting room needs to be well ventilated, and abrasive dust needs to be collected and treated centrally to avoid dust pollution; Waste sand should be classified and recycled. Reusable abrasives should be put into use after screening and dust removal, and those that cannot be reused should be treated according to industrial solid waste standards.

Daily maintenance and maintenance

Maintenance of rotary mechanism: check the lubricating oil state of rotary separator every week, and replenish or replace special lubricating oil in time; Clean up the dust inside the separator every month, check the wear of gears and cams, and replace them in time when the wear is serious.

Maintenance of sandblasting system: clean the spray gun nozzle regularly to prevent abrasive blockage; Check the degree of nozzle wear, and replace it in time when the aperture becomes larger to ensure the efficiency and uniformity of sandblasting; The material box should be cleaned regularly to prevent the abrasive from caking.

Maintenance of dust removal system: replace the filter cartridge or filter bag of the dust collector regularly, and clean the dust in the dust collection box to avoid the decline of dust removal effect caused by filter material blockage; Check whether the fan impeller is dusty and clean it in time to ensure the stability of air volume.

Post-shutdown treatment: after the operation, turn off the power supply and air supply, and clean up the residual abrasive and dust in the equipment; Wipe the rotary table and fixture, and do a good job of rust prevention; Close the doors and windows of sandblasting room to prevent dust from entering.
