What is the operation flow of siphon automatic sandblasting machine?
The operation core of siphon automatic sandblasting machine is "pre-preparation → parameter setting → automatic sandblasting → post-treatment", and the safety and treatment effect should be controlled step by step.
First, preparation before operation
Check the equipment status, including the sealing of sandblasting tank, nozzle wear, and whether the pressure of air compressor is normal (usually 0.4-0.6MPa).
Clean the workbench, remove sundries, fix the workpiece to be processed on the fixture, and ensure that the workpiece is placed stably and there is no shielding sandblasting area.
Select suitable abrasives (such as quartz sand and alumina), and pour them into the sandblasting tank according to the material and processing requirements of the workpiece to ensure that the abrasives are dry and free from caking.
Operators should wear protective equipment, including sandblasting suit, protective mask, gloves and earplugs, to avoid abrasive splash and dust injury.
Second, the parameter setting and debugging
Set the sandblasting pressure and adjust it according to the material of the workpiece (0.4-0.6MPa for metal parts and 0.2-0.3MPa for glass and plastic parts).
Adjust the sandblasting time and moving speed according to the surface treatment requirements (such as rust removal, etching and deburring) to avoid excessive sandblasting damage to the workpiece.
Start the equipment for trial spraying, test the blasting effect with waste materials, observe whether the surface roughness and cleanliness meet the requirements, and adjust the parameters in time.
Third, automatic sand blasting operation
After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the automatic operation program, and the equipment will sandblast the workpiece according to the preset path, pressure and time.
Observe the running status of the equipment in real time during the operation, including whether the abrasive supply is uniform, whether the nozzle is blocked, and whether the workpiece is displaced.
If there is any abnormality (such as sudden pressure drop and nozzle blockage), stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot the problem and deal with it before restarting.
Fourth, post-operation treatment
After sandblasting is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment and the air compressor, and wait until the pressure in the tank is completely released before the subsequent operation.
Take out the workpiece, purge it with compressed air or rinse it with clean water to remove the abrasive and dust left on the surface.
Check the surface treatment effect of the workpiece, and re-sandblast the unqualified workpiece; The qualified workpiece shall be subjected to the next process (such as painting and electroplating) as required.
Clean the equipment and work area, recycle unused abrasive, dispose of dust and waste, and keep the environment clean and tidy.
