1. Method of use

1. Before use

Turn on the air and power supply of the shot blasting machine, and turn on the power switch on the electric box. According to the need to set the compressed air through the pressure reducing valve into the gun pressure between 0.4~0.6MPa. When selecting the appropriate sand blaster bin, be sure to add it slowly to avoid clogging.

2. In use

To stop using the sandblasting machine, the power and air supply of the sandblasting machine must be cut off. Check whether there is any abnormality in each part, and check whether the pipeline connection is firm frequently. Do not throw anything other than the specified abrasive into the work room to avoid affecting the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the workpiece to be machined should be dry.

3-3 Remove dust

3-4 Switch the machine
