1、 The dust of the dust remover contains too many pellets:
If the air volume of the separator is too large, adjust the air outlet baffle properly until the dust removal effect can be ensured, but it is better not to suck out the projectile.
2、 The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is low
(1) The wiring of the fan of the dust remover is wrong, and the fan is reversed and rewired;
(2) The filter cartridge is not installed firmly or the filter cartridge is not damaged;
(3) The joint of dust removal pipeline is not well sealed to ensure the sealing of all parts;
(4) The cleaned workpieces were not shaken as required, the residual molding sand was too much, and the dust content of the dust removal inlet air was too high;
(5) If the back blowing mechanism of the dust remover is not used, or the number of times it is used is small, the filter cartridge is blocked by dust, and the dust attached to the filter cartridge is removed in time.
3、 Bucket elevator does not work:
(1) Clamp to remove the excessive particles at the bottom of the elevator;
(2) Belt slipping, adjust the tension device of drive wheel to tighten the belt;
(3) If there is too much shot at the bottom of the elevator, stop the machine in sequence and remove the shot.
4、 The cleaning effect of shot blasting machine is not ideal
1. The supply of projectiles is insufficient, and new projectiles should be added appropriately;
2. The shot blaster position is not accurate;
3. The particle size of pellets is suitable for gravity separation;
4. If the pellet is caked or used for a long time, replace the pellet.
5、 The door switch of cleaning room is not working or can not be opened:
The lubrication of the door shaft is not good, add lubricating oil.
6、 The driving and parking action of the machine is not agile or does not follow the designated action:
1. Check and replace relevant electrical components if they are damaged;
2. There are too many dust and dirt in the electrical box, and the electrical contact points are not in good contact;
3. The time relay has too much dust and dirt, and the electrical contact point is not in good contact.
7、 Auger not running:
1. If the shot material is blocked, stop the machine in sequence and remove the shot material;
2. The screw shaft is bent, and the blade outer diameter is corrected or polished;
3. The welding seam of screw shaft head is broken and re welded.
8、 The separation effect of separator is poor
1. If the flow curtain is uneven, adjust the flow control board to achieve full curtain;
2. The wind speed in the separation area is suitable. Adjust the butterfly valve at the air outlet of the separator to make the wind speed in the separation area reach 4 ~ 5m / s, and adjust the position of the primary and secondary regulating plates.
