1. The design and manufacture of sand blasting machine shall meet the requirements of the following standards, and shall be manufactured and used according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures.

2. The electrical system of sandblasting machine meets the requirements of GB / T 5226.1.

3. The pneumatic system of pressure sandblasting machine shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 7932 and supervision regulation on safety technology of pressure vessels.

4. The surface painting of sandblasting tank of sandblasting machine shall be in accordance with JB / T 9062, and other surfaces shall be painted in accordance with JB / T 5364.

5. The type of abrasives and the range of abrasive particle size shall be specified for sandblasting machine.

6. The working pressure, applicable nozzle diameter and air consumption of sandblasting machine shall be specified.

7. The sandblasting machine shall be able to operate normally under the environmental conditions of - 10 ℃ to 45 ℃ and relative temperature not more than 90%.

8. The noise sound pressure level of single gun recovery sandblasting machine should not exceed 85 dB. If there is a noise agreement between the supplier and the supplier, the agreement shall be followed.

9. The air supply of the air compressor should be 1.25 times of the maximum air consumption of the sand blasting machine.

10. The compressed air used in sand blasting machine must be dry and oil-free.

11. Sand blasting machine should be equipped with safety protection device.

12. Recovery type sandblasting machine shall be equipped with dust removal device. When the non recycling sandblasting machine is in use, the operator must have reliable labor protection measures.

13. When the electric control switch of hand-held sandblasting machine is set at the spray gun, the control voltage must be safe voltage.

14. It is not allowed for the sandblasting machine to be in the spraying state as soon as the compressed air is connected. After losing the control signal, the spray gun should be in the non spraying state.

15. The sealing of operation and rotation parts of sandblasting machine shall be reliable.
