1、 The sand in the sandblasting barrel has been used up. After venting, add sand again.

2、 The nozzle is blocked by foreign matters: after the sandblasting mechanism machine exhausts gas, first turn the nozzle sleeve down to check whether there is foreign matter blocking in the sandblasting. If there is, remove the foreign matter.

3、 Sandblasting pipe blocked by foreign matters:

1. The pipe is blocked by foreign matters and too much sand material;

4、 The sand material is wet and the air contains too much water, which makes the sand material in the sandblasting cylinder moist and the sand material blocking at the mouth of the sand regulator.

5、 High pressure air will send a large amount of water instantaneously: in addition to causing the sand material in the cylinder to be wet, the sand blasting machine will send the water to the sand blasting pipe through the thrust valve to form the pipe wall wet and adhere to the sand machine, causing blockage. 6、 When adding sand, a large amount of foreign matters enter into the sandblast barrel due to no filter screen and get stuck on the sand regulator: first, close the thrust valve, fully open the sand regulator, pressurize the pressure cylinder, start the sandblasting machine, and extrude the foreign matters with pressure; if not, just remove the sand regulator at the bottom of the sand cylinder, discharge the sand, and lock the sand regulator back; then, screen the sand material through the filter screen, and then participate in the sand drum again 。

7、 If the thrust valve is opened too large and adjusted too small (or fully closed): it is very easy to form sand production situation, and it should be noted.

8、 When adding sand, the capacity of sand cylinder is exceeded: if the amount of sand is exceeded, it is easy to cause the plug head to be blocked indefinitely and unable to pressurize; therefore, pay special attention to the amount of sand added when adding sand.
